Who we are

Peak Medium is a TikTok Shop affiliate agency run by Revler, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). These terms cover peakmedium.com and our creator dashboard at dashboard.peakmedium.com. By using either, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Your dashboard login

Dashboard logins are by invitation, for creators who work with us and for our team. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your login. One login is for one person.

Connecting your TikTok

Connecting your TikTok is optional and read-only. You approve each step on TikTok's own screen, and you can disconnect at any time in the dashboard or in TikTok's settings. We never post, edit or delete anything on your account. Your TikTok account itself stays under TikTok's terms. What we read and how we handle it is in our privacy policy.

The numbers you see

Sales, commission, samples and views come from TikTok. They can arrive late, change after refunds, or differ from TikTok's own screens. TikTok's records and payouts are the official ones. We show the numbers to help you, not as a promise: we don't guarantee any income, sales, views, growth, samples or campaign places.

Working with us

Your agency relationship with us runs through TikTok Shop's program and anything we've agreed with you in writing. You can leave whenever you want. What you post and the content you make stay yours.

Fair use

Don't try to get into data that isn't yours, break or test our security, copy the site or dashboard in bulk with automated tools, or use them for anything illegal. Our name, logo, design and software belong to us.

When things go wrong

We work to keep the site and dashboard running and accurate, but they're provided as they are, and we may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost sales, earnings or data, or for indirect losses, caused by using them or by them not being available.

Ending access

You can stop using the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or end a login that breaks these terms, or when someone stops working with us. Your data is then handled as our privacy policy says.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If we change them, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell dashboard users about important changes.
