Who we are

Peak Medium is a TikTok Shop affiliate agency operated by Revler, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• When you apply on our website: your TikTok handle and profile link, follower range, whether you sell on TikTok Shop or work with another agency, your email address and anything you choose to tell us.
• When you link your account to our TikTok Shop Agency: the affiliate data TikTok Shop shares with agencies. That means your username, affiliate orders (product, price, quantity, commission, refund status) and the video or LIVE that made each sale. We do not receive buyers' names, addresses or payment details.
• When you contact us: your messages and contact details.

Data from TikTok

Creators who work with us can press Connect your TikTok in our creator dashboard (dashboard.peakmedium.com). It is optional, read-only, and has two steps, each one approved by you on TikTok's own screen:

• Step 1, your TikTok Shop creator account. We read your sample requests to any shop and whether TikTok counted the video for each one, and your own affiliate orders across every shop and agency for up to 24 months back (order, date, product, shop, video, sales and commission). We use them to show your samples and deadlines, and so our team can compare your sales before and since joining us.
• Step 2, TikTok login (view counts). We read your TikTok display name and profile picture, your account's follower, following, like and video counts, and your public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts, once a day. We use them to show you (and your Peak Medium manager) your followers and follower growth, total views, views per video and how views grow over time next to your sales.

What we never do: we never post, edit or delete anything on your account, never read private videos or messages, and never sell this data or use it for advertising.

Storage: it is stored on our servers in the United States. The access keys TikTok gives us stay on our server only and never appear in any screen, email or log. Only you and authorized Peak Medium staff can see your data.

How long we keep it: while you are connected and working with us. If you leave our agency, we delete it within 24 months, on the same schedule as your order data.

Disconnect or delete: press Disconnect in the dashboard at any time. We then cancel our access with TikTok and delete your TikTok connection, your video list and your daily view history straight away. You can also remove our access in TikTok's settings, or email [email protected] to have all your data deleted.

How we use it

We use this data to review applications, provide our agency services (product recommendations, content feedback, coaching), calculate and reconcile commission, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the service providers who host our systems (such as Cloudflare, Railway and Google Workspace), acting on our instructions, and with TikTok Shop where the agency program requires it. We also share it where the law requires us to.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Data is stored and processed in the United States. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only authorized Peak Medium staff can access it.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for up to 12 months. We keep affiliate order data while your account is linked to our agency, plus up to 24 months for accounting and commission reconciliation, and then delete it. When you unlink from our agency, we stop receiving new data at once.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You can unlink from our agency at any time in TikTok.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
